Footbalance Custom Insoles

Strengthen the foundation of your body. Say "stop" to posture disorders starting from your feet.

The human body is like a building; the feet are the foundation of this building. A millimeter asymmetry or arch collapse in the foundation leads to serious mechanical pain reflecting on the knee, hip, lower back, and even the neck over the years. Footbalance, a Finnish technology, is a revolutionary system that analyzes the biomechanics of your foot in a digital environment and produces a completely customized, dynamic (stretching) insole in just 10 minutes.

Unlike ready-made, hard, standard "orthopedic" insoles; Footbalance does not freeze your foot arch like a cast. Thanks to its patented thermoplastic core that adapts 100% to your foot, it stretches while walking and provides energy return (trampoline effect). This feature prevents your foot muscles from weakening over time, supports blood circulation, and creates instant relief by providing shock absorption, especially in chronic conditions such as heel spurs (plantar fasciitis).

At our Wellness Studio Pendik clinic, our certified expert physiotherapists perform your computerized analysis. As a result of the analysis, the raw insole with the most appropriate thickness (QuickFit, Max, Dynamic, etc.) for your condition (athlete, standing for a long time, daily use, etc.) and shoe type is selected. After the 10-minute heat treatment and molding stage, you can wear your insoles and leave our clinic with a painless and balanced posture.

Who Is This System For?

  • Those with flat feet (Pes Planus) or high arches (Pes Cavus)
  • Those experiencing severe pain in their first steps in the morning due to heel spurs (Plantar Fasciitis)
  • Those with walking disorders such as stepping inward (Pronation) or outward (Supination)
  • Individuals with the onset or pain of Hallux Valgus (bunion)
  • Those experiencing Achilles tendinitis or frequent ankle sprains
  • Those working by standing for long periods (teachers, nurses, shop assistants, surgeons)
  • Those complaining of knee, hip, or chronic low back pain (herniated disc) caused by foot mechanics
  • Athletes who want to increase their performance and protect against injuries in sports such as running, walking, and basketball

How Is It Produced? (Delivered in 10 Mins)

01

Computerized Podoscope Analysis

Your underfoot pressure distribution is displayed on a specially illuminated podoscope device. Your Achilles tendon angle (leg alignment) is calculated with a laser or digital goniometer.

02

Dynamic Walking and Balance Test

Our physiotherapist observes your walking (dynamic phase). The severity of your inward or outward stepping and your shock absorption capacity are analyzed.

03

Special Heating System

The most suitable Footbalance insole model (thin/thick/shock-resistant) for your foot structure and the shoe to be used is selected, heated, and stretched in its special oven.

04

Dynamic Molding

The insole, which softens by heating, is molded exactly by your physiotherapist (in a neutral position) to fit your foot arch perfectly on special positioning cushions.

05

Delivery in 10 Minutes

The molded insole freezes in seconds and takes your foot shape permanently. It is cut to fit your shoe and delivered instantly before leaving the clinic.

Benefits of Custom Insoles

Correct alignment of the entire spinal sequence (posture) starting from the foundation of the body (feet)
Preventing heel spur (plantar fasciitis) pain by evenly distributing the unbalanced load on the sole of the foot
Reducing chronic pain by absorbing abnormal shock waves hitting the knee (meniscus), hip, and waist joints
Advantage of jumping higher and running faster (kinetic energy transfer) by expending less energy in athletes
Not making the foot lazy like standard ready-made insoles; on the contrary, supporting the foot muscles by working them with its dynamic structure
Easy to transfer from daily shoes to running shoes, from cleats to boots thanks to its thin and light structure

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between ready-made orthopedic insoles and Footbalance?
"Orthopedic" insoles sold in pharmacies and shoe stores are mass-produced according to standard foot types. No two human feet are identical (they are asymmetrical). Footbalance, on the other hand, is dynamically and specifically molded directly to "your" right and left foot arches and wraps your foot 100% like a glove.
Are Footbalance insoles hard?
Absolutely not. Old-style hard carbon or cork insoles lock the natural movement of the foot. Footbalance uses patented "dynamic core" technology; when you step, it stretches with your foot, absorbs shock, and returns to its original shape (trampoline effect). This prevents muscle weakening.
Do I always have to buy bigger shoes if I buy insoles?
No. Footbalance insoles are placed by removing the original (and useless) sponge insole inside your shoe. Since we have models as thin as 2 millimeters, they generally fit perfectly with your current shoe size.
What is the lifespan of the insole?
Although it depends on the intensity of use and the patient's weight, the optimum medical support lifespan of a Footbalance insole in daily use and sports is on average 12 to 18 months.
Are they also made for children?
Yes. We apply them with our special models for children to provide permanent correction before bone development is complete, especially in cases of severe inward stepping or flat feet seen in children during the growth period.
