Born in Hatay/Antakya in 1996, Övünç Güçlüer Yavaş graduated from Bahçeşehir University, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in 2018. During her undergraduate studies, she attended trainings and certification programs related to her field in Germany. In 2020, she completed the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation master's program with thesis in Turkish at Bahçeşehir University with the first rank and received the title of specialist. Writing her thesis on Vagus therapy, Övünç Güçlüer Yavaş worked at Fatih Medicalpark Hospital for 2.5 years and then transferred to Liv Vadi Hospital. After working there for another 2.5 years, she opened her own institution and most recently continues to work as the head of the physical therapy and rehabilitation department in special education. In addition to general fields, she provides Scoliosis and Lymphedema therapy.
